The Oregon Caves Chateau is the perfect getaway for family reunions, educational tours or company retreats. A National Historic Landmark, the Chateau retains much of the rustic charm of a bygone era. A variety of banquet options combined with a wide range of accommodations provide many options for your group.
Weddings
The Chateau is a beautiful location for your special day. Our staff will be happy to help arrange ceremonies for as many as 50 or as small as you like. We can customize an event to meet your needs. We will work with you on special menu items as well.

Meals
Our Chef will be happy to prepare a special menu for as few as 6 people. Whether you are looking for a gourmet brunch or a picnic in the forest, our staff is happy to create the perfect spread.
- Dining Room
Our dining room is available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for luncheons and can accommodate up to 50 for either buffet or sit-down service.
- Outdoor Events
Grayback Campground has a group shelter available for rent. Just ten miles from the caves, we can cater meals at the shelter.
- Group Packages
Special prices are available in our Coffee Shop or Dining Room for groups eating at their leisure but want a pre-set package billing.
- Lodging
We currently offer lodging at the historic Chateau. Additionally, a wide range of accommodations, from camping and RV sites, to lodging in neighboring towns, is available for your group.
- The Chateau
Rooms are available for special group rates for the shoulder seasons (May, June, September and October). Each of the 23 rooms is unique; many feature distinctive Monterey furniture. Our staff can help you arrange tours of local sights as well, including artist studios, wineries and other unique valley destinations.
- Rent The Chateau - The Entire Chateau may be booked for groups and group events from Mid-October to May.
