The IVCDO is dedicated to helping small businesses in the Illinois Valley and Josephine County meet their true potential for success. Our program objectives include increased profitability, expansion into new product and service areas, and the retention and addition of employees from the Illinois Valley labor pool.
Under our program, we can offer you assistance in several ways:
Our Micro-Business Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is geared toward smaller businesses in start-up or expansion mode. With very favorable terms, and a $25,000.00 maximum loan amount, we have been able to approve over 63 loans for local businesses since 2000. Our On-Staff Business Counselor can provide counseling, referrals and tools for you to develop your business in a productive manner. All IVCDO business counseling is free of charge to the client.
We also partner with Rogue Community College (SBDC) to provide advanced or more specific counseling, including group training opportunities.
