Come to the Chateau at the Oregon Caves as a classical guitar concert given by solo artist Alan Matthews continues the “Classics at the Chateau” series. Enjoy the Chateau’s unique ambiance, the fine cuisine in the Chateau’s intimate dining room, and listen to extraordinary classical guitar music.

Williams Trail Commemorative Hike and Horseback Ride to the Oregon Caves

Between the Oregon Caves’ discovery in 1874 and the building of Caves Highway in 1922, the only access to the Caves was on mule or horseback via the 12.5 Williams Trail. Hike or bring your horse and ride along with the local chapter of the Back Country Horsemen and friends to commemorate the original route from “Caves Camp” to the Oregon Caves.
